Sevier County Trial Witnesses

Gary Wayne Sutton and his uncle, James Dellinger, went to trial just a year after Tommy Griffin and Connie Branam were found dead in Sevier and Blount Counties.

Much of the testimony in the Sevier County trial dealt with Tommy, even though the issue at hand was Connie's death. Here are the witnesses listed day by day, including the topics they testified to and whether they were law enforcement or civilian witnesses.

It took a jury of 10 men and two women less than three hours to convict Gary and James of Connie's death.
